Terms of service
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms govern use of the 3Commerce service provided by 3Commerce, Sydney, Australia. Where your organisation has signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps. By signing in you agree to them on your own behalf and confirm you may act for your organisation.
The service
3Commerce provides order, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, planning and finance software as a hosted service, which we may improve and change over time.
Accounts
Access is by invitation from an organisation. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once if you think it has been misused. Your organisation controls who has access and what they can do.
Your data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into the service. We use it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to reach other organisations’ data, to break its security, or to overload it, and no use that infringes others’ rights.
Connected services
When your organisation connects another service (a store, marketplace, 3PL, carrier or bank), its own terms apply to it, and the service acts on your organisation’s instructions.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and correct but provide it as is, except as an agreement with your organisation says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Ending
Your organisation can stop using the service at any time; we may suspend access that breaches these terms. Data is returned or deleted as the privacy policy describes.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: [email protected].
